MongoDB is seeking a Director of ISV Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of their ISV partner program. This role involves building a greenfield program, managing a team of partner managers, and working closely with industry-specific and AI-native ISVs. The Director will be responsible for defining the program's strategic framework, building program infrastructure, and engaging directly in key partner relationships and negotiations. The role requires a player-coach approach, with a focus on team development, cross-functional leadership, and understanding the evolving ISV landscape, particularly in AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the strategic framework for MongoDB's ISV partner program, including segmentation across vertical and horizontal ISV categories, prioritization criteria, and the GTM approach for each partner tier
  2. Build and evolve the program infrastructure: onboarding processes, partner playbooks, co-sell frameworks, success metrics, and the internal operating model that connects ISV partnerships to MongoDB's revenue motion
  3. Stay personally engaged in the most strategically important partner relationships, including leading or co-leading negotiations, shaping joint value propositions, and representing MongoDB in senior-level partner conversations
  4. Lead, develop, and وتain a team of Partner Managers, providing strategic direction, deal coaching, and career development that helps each person grow into a stronger partnership professional
  5. Build strong working relationships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales leadership to align ISV partnership strategy with MongoDB's broader go-to-market priorities
