This role is for a Director of Learning & Development in the Oncology US Market at Merck. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic advisor to the Oncology Business Unit Leadership Team, aligning GLD priorities with US Market Oncology launch and in-market priorities.
  2. Lead the design and execution of integrated launch learning plans, ensuring excellence in therapeutic area and product knowledge.
  3. Orchestrate comprehensive onboarding, launch readiness, and continuous development programs across Oncology franchises.
  4. Continuously evolve learning approaches by leveraging digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
  5. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Learning Partners and Learning Consultants.
