What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and scale the PM organization: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of rockstar Product Managers; foster a culture of ownership, customer focus, and data-informed decision-making.
  2. Drive roadmap and execution: Own the roadmap and prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform and scalability investments; partner with Engineering and Design to ship outcomes on time and with quality.
  3. Set and own success metrics: Define and track key product and business metrics (e.g. adoption, engagement, revenue, efficiency); hold the organization accountable to results and use data to tell the story of impact.
  4. Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with GTM (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success), Strat-Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy, launch readiness, and scalable processes.
  5. Represent the customer: Champion a customer-first mindset; ensure product decisions are grounded in user research, feedback, and a clear understanding of user and business needs.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in Product Management
  • 5+ years in people leadership
  • 4+ years at Director level (or equivalent scope)
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Identity or Security space experience
  • enterprise software space experience
  • Proven ability to set product vision and strategy
