  3. Recover and surpass keyword positions lost to competitors in recent algorithm shifts.
  4. Stand up a content production engine that ships work that ranks, without every piece needing a senior review.
  5. Cut the vendor stack down. Make what’s left accountable and tell us what should move in-house.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing
  • 3+ years leading a team and owning strategy and budget
  • B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company experience
  • Connect organic channels to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
  • Technical SEO depth (crawl logs, Core Web Vitals, schema, site architecture)
  • AI visibility fluency (citation strategies, structured content for model consumption, share of voice in answer engines)
  • Content instincts and experience building/managing content operations
  • Vendor management judgment
