  2. Partnering with Product Managers as the voice of our customers, GTM teams, and the market to help shape our product roadmap — particularly as we scale our AI agent capabilities
  3. Launching new, innovative features and products into market that cut through the noisy marketing automation landscape — from net-new channels to agentic AI that autonomously builds campaigns, flows, and strategies
  4. Establishing Klaviyo as the definitive thought leader in B2C marketing by developing a strong POV on what it means for AI to handle the work of marketing — not just assist it
  5. Building core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, one pagers, enablement trainings, and more
