What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the medium-term Product growth plan in the cluster, incl. identification of key growth levers, early mitigation plans for potential gaps, initiative tracking, and obtaining FBL buy-in.
  2. Be the cluster point person for Finance, Hub and FBL leadership for the Annual Operating Plan, on-going and future outlook, and coordinate FBL inputs.
  3. Lead GTM initiatives and structure pipeline reviews
  4. Lead various operational activities, such as organizational reviews, governance processes, team and cluster-wide team forums
  5. Play an active role in Visa’s Europe Product Squad model.

Skills

Required

  • Track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Experience in Management Consultancy
  • Experience working in multi-layered and complex matrix organisations
  • Substantial experience leading Go-to-Market or strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of the operating model of Product Hub/ Regional headquarter, account teams and cluster product
  • Ability to drive alignments at senior leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in revenue models and product business cases
  • General knowledge of Visa’s financial reporting tools
  • Deep knowledge of the Product P&L, Scorecard, OKRs, and key business priorities
