What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing Regional Demand Center team across North America
  2. Own the North America RDC operating model, ensuring efficient and scalable campaign execution
  3. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels (digital, paid media, webinars, sales & marketing programs, email nurtures, creative, operations, partners)
  4. Align RDC output to Sales priorities including: - Territory and segment plans - Key account coverage - Pipeline generation and acceleration goals
  5. Define and track key performance metrics including: - Pipeline generated and influenced - Conversion rates across the funnel, campaign performance and ROI

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology organizations
  • Proven experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience working within or leading a Regional Demand Center (RDC) or similar centralized demand model
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management and funnel metrics
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sixth Sense etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce)

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise technology environments
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with ABM models
  • Experience supporting multi-region or multi-segment campaign execution
