What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Enterprise Technology Program Management Office (ETPMO) to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will track deliverables across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution
  2. Build and manage the ET Monthly Business Review (MBR) process. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to spend, system stability, technical debt reduction, and team productivity
  3. Partner with the CIO and ET leadership to develop and maintain the Enterprise Tech Roadmap. You will ensure IT priorities are aligned with broader business goals, focusing on "Fueling Growth" and "Operations Excellence"
  4. Act as a "Relationship Manager" and "Integration Advisor," building trust through transparency and proactive engagement with business unit leaders
  5. Manage the projected spend for the CIO organization (including InfoSec and Product Systems) and track YTD savings against budget
