Director, Technology Operations & PMO for Walmart US Decision Science. What you'd actually do

  1. Leading enterprise PMO operations – Drive planning, governance, prioritization, and execution rhythms across the Decision Science organization, ensuring alignment to strategic business goals.
  2. Serving as a strategic advisor to leadership – Partner closely with the VP of eCommerce & Customer Decision Science to manage organizational priorities, communications, and operational effectiveness.
  3. Driving cross-functional coordination – Connect teams across analytics, product, technology, operations, and business functions to ensure initiatives are aligned and progressing effectively.
  4. Building scalable operating models – Develop frameworks, processes, and governance structures that improve organizational efficiency, decision-making, and execution quality.
  5. Leading executive communications and strategic reviews – Support the development of leadership presentations, business updates, organizational reviews, and strategic planning materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area
