This role is for an EHS Global Office and Communications Manager at CoreWeave, an AI cloud company. The manager will support global EHS office programs, including risk assessments, emergency planning, and crisis management. They will also lead EHS employee engagement and communications strategies, develop global communication strategies, and provide staff training. The role requires 5+ years of EHS experience, technical expertise in safety, occupational health, environmental, and sustainability program management, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic is preferred. The salary range is $134,000-179,000.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the central coordinator for global EHS office program activities and governance meetings.
  2. Write and execute EHS communications and engagement for all CoreWeave operations.
  3. Drive consistency and standardization across global EHS office processes and tools.
  4. Establish and manage EHS requirements for future office builds and healthy office initiatives.
  5. Provide staff training on key EHS programs and SOPs, and participate in regulatory inspections as needed.
