Gong is seeking a Product Designer to craft and deliver innovative user experiences for their AI-powered revenue intelligence platform. The role involves driving UX design, developing concepts, creating wireframes, and delivering detailed designs for key product areas. The designer will act as a user advocate, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help manage UI pattern libraries. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product design, proficiency in prototyping tools, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with user research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive user experience and design of one of Gong’s key product areas -
  2. Develop concepts - brainstorm and create wireframes.
  3. Deliver detailed design.
  4. Act as the user advocate - embed user-centered design principles and craft intelligent, cutting-edge and user-centered digital experiences.
  5. Work together with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of demonstrated results in designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Proficient in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy-to-understand designs.
  • A highly creative self-starter who can maintain a balance between the big picture view and all the details.
  • A skilled problem solver, who can research and understand complex problems and deliver elegantly simple solutions.
  • Familiar and experienced with user research methodologies and testing practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Possessing a high level of verbal and written English.
  • Able to present a portfolio of recent work.

Nice to have

  • Proficient with Figma and other design tools - an advantage.
  • Holding a degree in a related field (Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/ Applied Psychology) – an advantage.
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills.
