Stripe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead enterprise-level strategic users through integration, implementation, and adoption of Stripe's financial infrastructure products, ensuring long-term user success and advocacy. This role involves managing complex technology and business transformation programs, acting as the primary point of contact for users and internal teams, accelerating time to value, and driving program governance and risk mitigation.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience working with enterprise level strategic users on on complex technology or business transformation programmes with a track record of top performance or a related field
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest Users in a way which they will understand.
  • Proven program management skills and experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal processes and drive more efficient ways of working
  • Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the User side to drive towards an agreed outcome
  • Experience in working with or in complex Enterprise organizational and decision making structures
