This role designs, validates, and deploys technical solutions to maintain and enhance network and system performance and reliability. The primary functions include developing network designs, validation plans, monitoring systems, and engineering tools to optimize efficiency and cost. The role requires evaluating requirements, assessing design tradeoffs, and supporting deployment to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Success is measured by the reliability, performance, efficiency, and timely delivery of network and system solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and deliver complex network system designs to improve reliability and performance
  2. Develop and maintain validation procedures and tests to ensure design compliance and effectiveness
  3. Drive engineering projects by applying techniques, conducting tests, and preparing technical reports
  4. Supervise and mentor associate engineers to support project execution and knowledge sharing
  5. Continuously study and apply current technologies to enhance network design and optimization

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Computer Science or Engineering or related field
  • 5 yrs Technical engineering experience
