  3. Build processes to implement the AI/BI product vision, focusing on "BI Takeout" initiatives to replace legacy tools with superior Databricks-native experiences.
  4. Ensure the visualization platform is not only feature-rich but also high-performing, reliable, and easy to operate.
  5. Manage technical debt (e.g., framework migrations, performance optimizations) while balancing an ambitious roadmap that includes agentic authoring and semantic model integration.
