Engineering Manager for SMS Delivery team at Klaviyo. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers building Klaviyo's mobile sender registration, KYC, and lifecycle platform. Own hiring, performance, career development, and team culture.
  2. Define the team's roadmap with your Product partner. Sequence and deliver work that improves mobile activation and time-to-first-send for customers.
  3. Drive architecture across sender management, provider integration, mobile account lifecycle, and the cross-channel KYC platform.
  4. Evolve the team's platform into a unified, channel-agnostic framework that new mobile channels can adopt without rebuilding foundational logic.
  5. Move sender registration into automated, in-app, API-driven workflows that customers can complete on their own across markets and sender types.
