Enterprise Account Executive (new York)

PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and expansion within an established customer portfolio, combining strategic account management with consultative enterprise selling. This role will focus on selling PagerDuty's Operations Cloud, which utilizes AI/ML and Automation, to C-level executives and key stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a defined set of enterprise accounts by driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain trusted executive relationships through regular in-person engagement and consultative selling.
  3. Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth areas, expansion pathways, and competitive positioning.
  4. Drive adoption of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud by articulating clear business value and ROI.
  5. Execute complex, multi-product sales motions and partner with Solution Consultants for technical validation and proof-of-concept activities.
