Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager responsible for selling Comcast Business Managed Service, WAN, Cyber Service, Internet, Video and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses. Drives sales through prospecting, relationship cultivation, and sales presentations. Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies. Focuses on customer retention and superior customer experience. Requires knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies, Voice Network Technologies, Data Networking Technologies, Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
  2. With your skills in persuasion and negotiation, you will aim to meet your sales goals while also exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
  3. You’ll stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
  4. You will actively seek to promote and position Comcast in your your sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations while actively generating new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
  5. You will retain your customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in closing enterprise level sales (new to business) medium to large Enterprise customers
  • Experience in working with and building a deep relationship with Channel partners (both direct and indirect).
  • Experience in presenting managed service solutions to C Level and/or Strategic IT decision makers.
  • Experience in selling solutions, managed services, and building customised solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities.
  • Bachelor's Degree
