Enterprise Sourcing Manager - Indirect Procurement

This role is for an Enterprise Sourcing Manager within T-Mobile's Indirect Procurement organization. The manager will be responsible for optimizing spend across indirect categories, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Relay & Accessibility. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management. A key aspect of the role is leveraging AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to drive cost efficiency and improve supplier performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement category strategies for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Relay & Accessibility that align with T-Mobile’s business objectives and HR priorities.
  2. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, supplier selection, and contract negotiation to deliver optimal value and terms.
  3. Negotiate and handle long-term supplier contracts, ensuring favorable commercial terms, SLAs, and compliance with T-Mobile’s legal and risk requirements.
  4. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular business reviews, performance score-carding, and proactive issue resolution to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Leverage AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to generate insights, identify savings opportunities, and support data-driven sourcing decisions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience, OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable areas of study include Supply Chain, Business, HR, or related field
