What you'd actually do

  1. Lead transformation initiatives and workstreams across the Securities Borrowing & Lending middle office
  2. Drive business requirements, including problem definition, current-state assessment, target-state design, and gap analysis
  3. Document user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability
  4. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance updates
  5. Map and optimize end-to-end workflows, including trade capture, settlements, collateral, margining, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting

What the JD emphasized
