Equity and Executive Compensation Director

What you'd actually do

  1. Support design and analysis of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term equity
  2. Deliver equity programs end-to-end, including grant processes (RSUs, PSUs), performance tracking, and budget management
  3. Conduct benchmarking, modeling, and market analysis to assess competitiveness of equity pay programs
  4. Prepare and coordinate quarterly Compensation Committee materials in partnership with external consultants, the Director of Compensation, and VP Total Rewards and Legal
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years in compensation
  • experience leading executive compensation and equity programs
  • Solid understanding of executive compensation structures, equity programs, and incentive design principles
  • Strong modeling and data analysis skills
