Erp Senior Manager

Senior Manager role focused on leading complex ERP programs from strategy through delivery for client initiatives, managing multi-workstream execution, engagement financials, and supporting growth through pursuits and proposals. What you'd actually do

  1. Leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through delivery, translating executive priorities into clear workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  2. Managing multi-workstream execution, including governance, quality control, and risk and issue management across scope, timeline, dependencies, and stakeholders
  3. Owning engagement operations, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, staffing mix, and change control, while communicating tradeoffs and options to leadership
  4. Coaching managers and consultants in structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and executive-ready communication
  5. Driving stakeholder alignment and partnering with technical, functional, and client teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and support adoption through change and communications plans
  6. Supporting growth through pursuits and proposals and establishing repeatable delivery routines and artifacts to improve predictability and transparency across engagements

  • 4+ years of experience leading multi-workstream delivery, including governance, quality control, and risk management across scope, timeline, and dependencies
  • 3+ years of experience owning engagement financials, including budgeting, margin management, staffing mix, change control, and proposal support
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
