This role is an Executive Assistant supporting sales leadership in a high-velocity sales organization. The primary focus is on strategic calendar management, travel logistics, event planning, information gatekeeping, and process innovation to ensure operational efficiency. The role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, with a strong emphasis on proactivity, communication, and managing complex schedules in a fast-paced corporate environment. While the company is in the AI space, this role is administrative and does not involve direct AI/ML work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively managing complex schedules and prioritizing requests to ensure leadership time is spent on high-impact activities.
  2. Orchestrating seamless domestic and international travel, often involving multi-city tours and client site visits.
  3. Planning high-energy sales kick-offs, off-sites, or team-building events that drive morale and alignment.
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  5. Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and implementing new systems to increase the team’s overall "speed to market."

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
