Executive Assistant, Engineering

Ramp Ramp · Fintech · New York, NY · People & Talent

Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders in the Engineering organization at Ramp, a fintech company building financial infrastructure. The role involves complex calendar management, acting as a connective layer for technical programs, coaching engineering leaders on EA partnerships, coordinating recruiting logistics, supporting event planning, managing budgets, and utilizing AI/automation tools to improve efficiency. Requires 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, curiosity about technology, strong project management skills, and comfort operating in ambiguity. Experience supporting CTOs or VPs of Engineering is a plus.
