This role is for an Executive Briefing Specialist at New Relic, a company that provides an observability platform for AI-first businesses. The specialist will manage executive briefing events, acting as a liaison between sales teams and high-level stakeholders to ensure a seamless and impactful experience. Responsibilities include managing guest experience, scheduling, drafting agendas, securing speakers, and providing in-room AV support. The role requires experience in executive briefing centers or similar fields, with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, and executive presence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end guest experience from white-glove concierge service, seamless arrival logistics, premium catering management, room setups and meticulous oversight of the briefing center’s aesthetic and hospitality standards.
  2. Manage heavy scheduling across complex calendars, ensuring all internal teams are confirmed and prepared for each segment of the briefing.
  3. Act as the central liaison between Account Owners and internal Relics. You will draft agendas, secure speakers, and ensure every session aligns with our customers’ strategic goals.
  4. Ability to juggle various competing timelines and ensure each event stays on track and on time.
  5. Executive presence and confidence to push back on account teams when necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for the briefing event and customers

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years relevant experience in executive briefing centers or events executive communications, customer marketing, event planning, field marketing, and/or sales enablement
  • Experience working closely with Executive Level (VP+, C-Suite) customers and internal stakeholders required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills, who can execute with or without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and writing skills
  • Incredible attention to detail in all areas and in all work produced
