Executive Director, Global Benefits Integration & Enablement leads a team responsible for strategic support and integration across Global Benefits' Physical, Emotional, Financial wellbeing pillars and Risk Management function, as well as enabling employee benefit plan enrollment activities across Comcast NBCUniversal’s domestic and international footprint.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leads team responsible for providing strategic supportand integration acrossGlobal Benefits’ Physical, Emotional, Financial wellbeing pillars and Risk Management function, as well as enabling employee benefit plan enrollment activitiesacross Comcast NBCUniversal’s domestic and international footprint.
  2. ​ResponsibleforevaluatingU.S. and international benefitsprogramswiththegoalofaligning strategic principles (e.g., competitive position relative to each market/country), globalizingandharmonizing benefit approaches where appropriate, streamlining operational and annual plan management activities, and facilitating in-take and triaging of international country escalations.
  3. Works closely withGlobal Benefits wellbeing pillar leads, other Total Rewards teams, HR Technology and Service Solutions, and Comcast NBCUniversal stakeholders across the enterprise to facilitate holistic benefit strategies and operational support.
  4. Facilitates alignment of U.S. and international benefit policies, programs, and practices.
  5. Proactively monitors and conducts benchmarking analyses to ensure benefit program offerings are competitive with local country practices and consistent with overall Global Benefits strategies.
