This role is for an Executive Social and Communications Manager at Lyft, responsible for shaping how top executives present themselves externally. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and select executives, developing integrated annual communications plans across owned, earned, social, and emerging media
  2. Own executive social media presence end-to-end (strategy, content calendars, copywriting, production, and community engagement) with LinkedIn and X as flagship platforms
  3. Shape the playbook for how Lyft leaders show up in the world, establishing tone, best practices, and frameworks that scale across the executive bench
  4. Develop thought leadership campaigns and roadmaps that position executives as industry leaders while reinforcing Lyft's purpose and business priorities
  5. Manage execution across all external executive communications: with media, at speaking engagements, and on social channels
