What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a change agent in managing the civilian workforce through Federal human resources practices to advance human capital development, employee retention, and strategic workforce goals
  2. Function as a subject matter expert for the Civilian Career Field, providing guidance on policy, reporting, and workforce management matters to the Civilian Career Field Manager and other stakeholders
  3. Develop, review, and refine policies, procedures, and workforce guidance to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and Federal HR requirements
  4. Prepare and maintain accurate reports, data, and documentation related to Civilian Career Field activities, ensuring timely and reliable information for leadership decision-making
  5. Lead communications, outreach, and event coordination efforts, including the design of promotional materials and the drafting and refinement of client briefs, memoranda, and other communication products
