Field Sales Representative

This is a Field Sales Representative role at AT&T, focused on selling telecommunications products and services directly to customers in their homes. The role involves scheduled appointments, product demonstrations, and issue resolution, with a strong emphasis on commission-based sales and achieving sales targets. It is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. bringing customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home.
  2. introduce the latest technology and services, thriving on the challenge to make your sales goals happen.
  3. deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
  4. close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions - keeping customers connected to what matters most to them.
  5. connect with our existing customers daily.

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline
