Finance Business Operations Manager

Lyft is seeking a Finance Business Operations Manager to drive disciplined execution of strategic initiatives including M&A integration, new product initiatives, and other programs. This role will act as the operating backbone for Finance, ensuring seamless integration of acquisitions, clean launches of new products, and rigorous prioritization of Finance work. Responsibilities include strategic program readiness, finance M&A integration support, program leadership and execution, and operating model/capability building within the Finance BizOps function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the central Finance lead for new product initiatives and large strategic programs
  2. Support end-to-end Finance integration across global acquisitions, from Finance integration strategy during diligence to post-close integration
  3. Act as the control tower across concurrent initiatives and Ensure the right work is resourced and sequenced appropriately across teams
  4. Help stand up and evolve the Finance bizops function and define best practices and processes for: M&A Integration governance, NPI Finance engagement model, Cross-functional operating rhythms

Skills

Required

  • BizOps, Finance Ops, Product Ops, or Consulting experience
  • M&A integration, large-scale program management, or product launches
  • Understanding of Finance functions (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury)
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Proven track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams
  • Strong systems thinking
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
