What you'd actually do

  1. Support FPnA processes by preparing financial reports and analyses to evaluate business performance.
  2. Assist in variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Document financial results, methodologies, and key findings to enable clear and structured communication.

Skills

Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 semesters remaining until graduation.
  • Availability of at least 27 hours per week, including 18 hours on-site at the Kiryat Gat campus.
  • Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong system aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Solid problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
