Firm Enterprise Solutions Director, Pursuit Strategy

This role is for a Firm Enterprise Solutions Director, Pursuit Strategy at Deloitte, focusing on business development and account management within the Government and Public Services sector. What you'd actually do

  1. Leading capture strategy for large, complex federal pursuits and government-wide contract vehicle opportunities from early positioning through award and transition
  2. Collaborating with Capture Executives, Deal Architects, Pursuit Leaders, account leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape compliant, competitive proposals
  3. Developing and executing win strategies, pre-Request for Proposal activities, and written and oral proposal efforts for priority pursuits
  4. Advising stakeholders on contract vehicle selection, acquisition shaping strategy, and portfolio positioning across Government and Public Services federal sectors
  5. Building relationships with government and industry partners, representing Deloitte in industry forums, and guiding pursuit teams through strategic capture decisions
