The Fleet Operations Coordinator role is the operational backbone for global fleet enablement activities, involving coordination, logistics, compliance management, training administration, and process improvement. This role supports various teams including Fleet Ops, Field Engineering, Finance, and Training, and is responsible for managing administrative workflows, training sessions, documentation, vendor coordination, and fleet logistics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinating administrative workflows across global fleet operations
  2. Scheduling and coordinating training sessions
  3. Maintaining fleet documentation such as insurance, registrations, and MOTs
  4. Coordinating vendors for maintenance, logistics, and training
  5. Supporting vehicle logistics, demos, repairs, and replacements
