What you'd actually do

  1. Regional support on Mid Cap and SRI agenda for delivery and coordination on the firmwide priorities
  2. Governance on Business priorities for defining and managing revenue growth strategy by fostering connectivity between lines of businesses enabling market share growth.
  3. Overseeing client prioritization and pipeline management across various product lines while supporting and coordinating the Country BM agenda
  4. Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings and business reviews, resources analysis and budgetary process; Analyze and report key trends and themes for senior audiences
  5. Manage financial projects including forecasting, revenue reconciliation, balance sheet reviews, among others; Work with the Planning and Analysis, strategy and central team(s) to support accurate business analytics, financials and forecasts

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, business management or strategy roles in the financial services industry
  • Data based decision making, leveraging data to support key messages, discreet use of data to maximum effect with proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, macros and experience in generating high quality PowerPoint documents
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to not only derive the answers, but to frame the answers in the proper context for executive data-based decision making and utilizing automation tools with a keen interest in utilizing AI capabilities for productivity enhancement.
  • Strong execution experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines
  • The ability to act independently and make proactive recommendations based on gained knowledge and experience. The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects at once, make decisions at the right time and prioritize effectively. Willing to take advice and escalate when needed
  • A thorough understanding and appreciation of risks and controls, with motivation to improve processes and resolve outstanding issues

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Qlikview, Alteryx
  • Strong focus on developing others through knowledge and skillsets
