This role is for a Global Director of Partnerships at Stability AI, focusing on building and managing technology alliances and strategic partnerships. The position requires a blend of commercial acumen, understanding of AI/ML technologies, and experience in growing revenue through indirect channels. Responsibilities include defining global partner strategy, identifying and managing partners, leading negotiations, designing joint go-to-market plans, overseeing partner enablement, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Business Development or Partner Management, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role at an AI/SaaS/Cloud company, and a strong understanding of AI/ML and cloud computing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define global partner strategy: Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Stability’s product roadmap, sales targets, and market expansion goals. Own the annual channel revenue and contribution target.
  2. Identify, develop, and manage partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partners across various segments (e.g., Cloud, Agency, SI, Technology, Resellers) .
  3. Negotiation and contracting: Lead complex partnership negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to establish mutually beneficial agreements and partnership frameworks.
  4. Joint GTM: Design, implement, and manage joint GTM plans with strategic partners to drive pipeline generation and increase closed-won revenue.
  5. Enablement: Oversee the development of partner enablement programs, ensuring partners are technically proficient and commercially motivated to sell and deploy our solutions.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Partner Management roles
  • 5+ years in a global partner leadership role within a high-growth, AI/SaaS/Cloud technology company or Services company.
  • Deep understanding of the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud computing landscapes.
  • Demonstrable track record of originating, negotiating, and managing partnerships that have resulted in multi-million dollar revenue growth.
  • Experience building and scaling a partnerships program in a startup or rapid-scaling environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in marketing/advertising technology or solutions is a bonus.
