The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, experience leading cross-team projects, and a track record of mentoring engineers, with a demonstrated curiosity for leveraging AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set long-term technical strategy for the Adoption Group along with other engineering leaders
  2. Design, scope, and implement novel product experiences and scalable systems focused on user activation and adoption
  3. Plan, and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams.
  4. Foster an engineering culture of high velocity, innovation, and business impact
  5. Strengthen experience as a cross functional engineering leader
