Chief of Staff role for the LATAM General Manager at ElevenLabs, an AI company. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
  2. Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team
  3. Support and align teams in complex deal execution
  4. Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
  5. Manage complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones
