Head of Product Led Growth Marketing to lead a team defining and optimizing Confluent's product-led growth strategy from acquisition through high-value customer conversion. This role will collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering to optimize signup quality, strengthen funnel conversion, and maximize downstream revenue impact. Responsibilities include building measurement frameworks, leading experimentation agendas, optimizing digital acquisition channels, and designing the product-to-sales handoff. The role will also evolve PLG for AI and agentic workflows, integrating AI-driven evaluation/personalization and agent-based customer interactions into growth workflows.
