Healthcare Life Science Veeva Crm Senior Consultant

This role focuses on implementing and advising on Veeva CRM solutions within the Healthcare Life Sciences sector, aiming to improve sales enablement, sales operations, and customer relationships through digital technologies and commercial strategies. While Generative AI is mentioned as a tool the team uses, the core responsibilities involve CRM consulting, process analysis, and technology deployment, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help companies maximize the return for their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investment
  2. Work with Sales Leadership on devising sales strategies aimed at improving sales productivity focused on sales process standardization, digital tool adoption, sales reporting (pipeline, performance)
  3. Provide best-in-class services for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting digital sales technology tools
  4. Offer end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support, and administration support
  5. Act in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleagues

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting or relevant industry roles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience advising, designing, or implementing Veeva CRM solutions for clients or employers
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated interest or a minimum of 1 year of experience working on strategic challenges within the Life Sciences ecosystem (pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare delivery, insurance, regulatory, or policy).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with commercial technology platforms or vendors supporting Sales, Marketing, or Service functions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial Life Sciences platforms such as CRM, Marketing/Campaign Management, Omni-Channel Engagement, Contact Center, Lead Management, or Post-Sales Support.
  • At least 2 years of experience utilizing the full suite of Veeva CRM capabilities, serving various Life Sciences personas (e.g., Field Sales, Key Account Management, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement Managers).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with commercial cloud products that support field operations, including but not limited to Veeva Promomats, Veeva Network, Veeva Nitro, and Veeva Align.
