What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
  2. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  3. Coordinate visas for new hires and for teams' work trip abroad.
  4. Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees.
  5. Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the US law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
  • A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
  • Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
