CrowdStrike is seeking an HRBP Manager to support G&A functions, focusing on HR consultation, talent management, and implementing corporate policies. The role involves partnering with business leaders, driving company-wide HR programs, and leveraging AI-enabled tools for workforce planning and efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the dedicated HR liaison and Business Partner for various business units within the General and Administrative (G&A) organization.
  2. Consult with the business leaders on matters of business transformation/related people impact, change management, and organizational design and effectiveness.
  3. Champion talent management and development plans for the business unit with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders, building skills and capabilities of the workforce and ensuring succession bench strength.
  4. Leverage key metrics data to analyze organizational health, optimization, diversification, efficiency of operations, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Drive company-wide programs, initiatives and core HR programs (e.g. ESG-Environmental, Social, Governance, Total Rewards/Merit & Equity Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Survey, Succession Planning/Talent Identification, and promotion of Leadership Development activities.)

  • Demonstrated HR expertise supporting General & Administrative (G&A) functions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to resolve complex organizational issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve results.
  • Thorough understanding of business priorities, strategy, and direction.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships.
  • Fully developed understanding of the company’s business practices and competitive landscape, with the ability to mentor less-scoped HR roles.
  • Expert listening skills and the ability to diagnose organizational opportunities using strategic HR influence and partnership with HR functional teams.
  • Strengths in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Knowledge of compliance and administrative requirements supporting a non-exempt inside sales and sales development organization.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Multi-national country support experience with VP level internal customers.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Workday, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, workforce insights, or operational efficiency preferred.
