Implementation Consultant (token Migration)

Visa is seeking an Implementation Analyst to manage token data migration projects for Authorize.net and Cybersource platforms. This role involves coordinating merchant onboarding, facilitating client scoping calls, handling sensitive PII and PCI data, creating documentation, managing project timelines, and providing support to various internal teams and partners. The analyst will leverage project-specific implementation and product knowledge to ensure high-quality customer service and successful project outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure that Authorize.net and Cybersource platform migration projects are thoroughly understood and meet all token migration prerequisites and requirements
  2. Coordinate and maintain a consistent approach to merchant onboarding or separation, including the communication of formalized implementation, portfolio migration, and supporting processes
  3. Facilitate scoping calls with clients to ensure that the requirements of the migration can be met
  4. Handling sensitive PII and PCI data appropriately following Visa key controls
  5. Deliver repeatable and process-focused solutions

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical integration problems
  • Strong capability to articulate complex topics to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to effectively strategize and prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and influence relationships across various levels of the organization
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and handle complex concepts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills, adept at resolution management and proactive reporting

Nice to have

  • 6 or more years of experience in a Customer Support/Account Management role is strongly preferred
  • A strong background in data analytics is preferred
  • Experience with Authorize.Net, Cybersource, payments, PCI compliance, and risk mitigation methodologies is preferred
