Infrastructure and Devops Engineer

Intel Intel · Semiconductors · Bangalore, India

This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable CI/CD systems and infrastructure for wireless connectivity solutions. A key aspect is designing and implementing AI-driven DevOps solutions to improve developer productivity, such as failure analysis, pipeline intelligence, workflow automation, or agent-based systems. The role involves extensive work with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Python, and Bash in Linux environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with developers from multiple domains (WiFi, Bluetooth, firmware, and driver stacks) to enable scalable and efficient DevOps workflows
  2. Design and build AI-driven DevOps solutions (e.g., failure analysis, pipeline intelligence, workflow automation, or agent-based systems) to improve developer productivity
  3. Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines at scale to support fast and reliable software releases
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex build, infrastructure, and system-level issues across diverse environments
  5. Own and evolve critical DevOps infrastructure, including Jenkins (pipeline development, Groovy scripting, DSL), Kubernetes clusters, Elastic Stack (ELK) for logging and observability, Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting, Ubuntu/Linux-based systems
