Samsara is seeking an Account Development Manager in London to lead a team of ADRs supporting the UK&I market. The role involves hiring, coaching, and developing ADRs, optimizing pipeline and revenue creation through collaboration with internal stakeholders, and implementing strong team management processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, deep familiarity with prospecting processes and tech stack, and strategic problem-solving skills. Previous leadership experience in SaaS is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hire Account Development Representatives (ADRs) and develop them into Samsara future sales athletes
  2. Coach ADRs to improve strategic prospecting skills and exceed targets
  3. Develop and sustain a high-performance team culture
  4. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Enablement) to optimize pipeline and revenue creation and meet the needs of the business
  5. Develop and implement strong processes and a systematic approach to team management
