Intelligent Process Automation Execution Use Case Feasibility Analyst

This role focuses on evaluating business processes for automation opportunities, specifically leveraging agentic automations, LLM integrations, and process discovery tools within an enterprise setting. The analyst will partner with business lines to identify, assess, and support the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business cases.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evaluate business processes to determine if a case is viable for Automation based on overall complexity and availability of data for the solution to process
  2. Work with Process Owners and Product Partners to reengineer processes to enable automation
  3. Develop and track prerequisite activities in order to ensure cases are ready for delivery
  4. Obtain all appropriate approvals for the approach to automate each process
  5. Collaborate with Process Owners, Finance, and Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) to develop/refine the business case that will be used to determine automation feasibility

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years Automation or related experience
  • Experience with automation or process discovery tools
  • Strong user of Microsoft suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
