Deloitte is seeking a Business Strategy Manager focused on the Investment Management (IM) industry to advise leading asset and wealth management organizations on their most important business priorities. The role involves shaping growth strategies, assessing market opportunities, refining competitive positioning, redesigning operating models, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include working with senior client leaders to solve complex business challenges, defining growth strategies, transforming operating models through technology and data, and leading strategy engagements. The role also involves contributing to business development and overseeing consulting teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with senior client leaders to solve complex business challenges, define & drive growth strategy, and help organizations transform their operating models and drive change through technology and data.
  2. Work on high-impact engagements across the IM landscape, combining strategic thinking, industry expertise, and hands-on execution
  3. Provide insight and knowledge of investment management business models, industry dynamics, and strategic issues facing asset and wealth managers
  4. Play a meaningful leadership role by managing teams, influencing client decisions, and helping deliver measurable business outcomes
  5. Bring deep investment management industry knowledge, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
