This role provides technical assistance to employees, handling service desk requests, account provisioning/de-provisioning, hardware and software troubleshooting (macOS/iOS), network connectivity support, and IT asset inventory management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment
  3. Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live events
  4. Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
  5. Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks
