What you'd actually do

  1. Developing groundbreaking projects by enabling your clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation
  2. Developing and deploying customised training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors and practices, whilst engaging in hands-on coaching as our clients work through day-to-day problem solving in an Agile fashion
  3. Shaping the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing overarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances
  4. Carving the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends such as machine learning in mind.

Skills

Required

  • degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting
  • experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner with agile (Client) software development teams delivering Agile capability
  • proven track record of orchestrating transition and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs
  • fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills

Nice to have

  • Formal qualifications in on agile or a collection of any of the following industry certifications highly desirable
  • Scrum Alliance (CSM / CSPO / CSD/CSP)
  • Scrum.org (PSM / PSPO / PSD)
  • SAFe (Scaled Agilest / SPC)
  • willingness to travel to our client locations in the Middle East and beyond
