What you'd actually do

  1. Pracuj nad różnorodnymi zagadnieniami technologicznymi (np. tworzenie strategii cyfryzacji, rozwój docelowej architektury IT), wykorzystując swoje umiejętności doradcze w zakresie rozwiązywania wyzwań IT
  2. Wdrażaj spersonalizowane strategie IT, platformy cyfrowe i architektury (np. wymiana systemów core banking) aby maksymalnie wykorzystać potencjał cyfrowy naszych klientów
  3. Ściśle współpracuj z zarządami oraz dyrektorami (stanowisci C, C-1) międzynarodowych klientów
  4. Kooperuj z konsultantami BCG i innymi specjalistami, aby dostarczać kompleksowe rozwiązania odpowiadające zarówno na wyzwania biznesowe, jak i technologiczne
  5. Oceniaj i prowadź coaching zespołów technologicznych klientów

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related STEM field
  • Above-average academic results
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in strategic technology consulting, software development, or IT project management
  • Experience working with legacy systems (mainframe, monolithic architecture, on-premises) and modern technologies (e.g., cloud computing, microservices, Agile & DevOps, AI)
  • Experience in building and optimizing IT organizations, structures, and processes.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at the management level, managing diverse interests and expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel on business as required by the project, at least 50% of working time
  • Ability to organize and lead workshops and client meetings.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills in strategic thinking
  • Ability to contextualize complex problems within the appropriate business context
  • Ability to take responsibility for assigned topics and deliver client-ready solutions, covering the entire process
  • Current knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Familiarity with technical solutions and SDLC concepts
  • Ability to translate business requirements into secure IT capabilities and non-functional requirements
  • Ability to quickly solve complex technical and business challenges
