What you'd actually do

  1. Provide information (by phone or email) to Japanese-speaking Disney Vacation Club Members about various resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, and activities.
  2. Assist Members in planning a customized trip that enhances their time and resources.
  3. Keep accurate records by documenting interactions on the computer.
  4. Offer expert advice on travel options and amenities available at Disney destinations.
  5. Resolve Member concerns and provide solutions to ensure a magical experience.

Skills

Required

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese
  • Professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • High-speed internet connection

  • Ability to help Guests make the most of their vacation time and resources
  • Ability to connect with people on the phone and convey warmth and enthusiasm over email
  • Availability to work "Japan" hours, from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday – Friday Hawaii time, with a flexible schedule including holidays
  • Ability to occasionally work at Aulani resort to meet operational needs such as training
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently in real-time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing skills
