Latam Business Development Representative

This role is for a LATAM Business Development Representative at Pendo, focused on generating sales pipeline across Latin America. The role involves researching target accounts, engaging prospects through various channels (phone, email, social), and partnering with Account Executives. It requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to localize sales materials and adapt messaging for different markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive 'builder' who is 'AI-curious' and uses AI tools to enhance their workflow, seeing AI as a multiplier.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new, high-quality sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives across LATAM markets.
  2. Research target companies and the right personas within Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
  3. Create and run outbound campaigns across cold calling, marketing, email, social selling, and other channels.
  4. Translate and localize outreach sequences, sales collateral, and prospecting materials from English into Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  5. Work directly with Account Executives to align on target accounts, pipeline generation strategies, and territory priorities.
